Same Day Shipping

Place your order before 11am (CDT) and enjoy same business day shipping on available products.

  • Same day shipping is only applicable on orders made by 11am (CDT) from Monday to Friday. Orders made on public holidays are shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 11am (CDT) are shipped the following business day. Payment must also be approved by 11am (CDT) to qualify.
  • The delivery address on the order must be accurate.
  • If there is an unexpected demand for a product, the shipment could be delayed.
While we will make all reasonable efforts to meet our "same day" shipping commitment, we cannot always guarantee to do so. Same day shipment means your order will leave our warehouse on the day the order is placed. Delivery times vary according to the option chosen.



Delivery Times & Shipping Rates

       

Shipping costs depends on the shipping method. You can select the shipping method and review your shipping costs before you complete your purchase. Purchase a minimum of US$125 to enjoy free Standard shipping within the United States (lower 48 states only).

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout, you should use our Shipping Estimation Tool on the Cart page to get a more accurate cost of shipping for you. Please note that your order will only be shipped when all items ordered are available.

After you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.



Shipment to APO/FPO addresses

APO/FPO deliveries can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on local conditions at destination. Forwarding services use US Postal Service (USPS) to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, and USPS package tracking is not available to final destination.



Duties & Import Taxes

Please note: You must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country your order is shipped to. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country, and the recipient will be responsible for those charges. Razer is unable to calculate and disclose the additional costs that may be imposed and we advise you to contact the destination country’s customs office for more information. Should customs clearance be required, it may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery date given to you.



Product Availability

Product availability states an estimate of when the item will be prepared for shipment from our warehouse. The item(s) in your order will only ship once all items are ready for shipment. For more information on product availability please click here.



Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund inclusive of shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If making a purchase for someone else as a gift, it might be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which might lead to a refusal of the package.
