Okay, so I originally started out with the diamondback 3G and that mouse was great - one problem though was that it was my first gaming mouse and I did not realize that the ambidextrious shape would be some-what" uncomfortable. With the Deathadder my hand is able to remain comfortable - no more weird gripping style!

I decided to get the Deathadder because it was designed for right-handers and it also comes with great features. The buttons are positioned for more comfort for your thumb. My grip feels way more comfortable now than it did with the diamondback. I love the glowing razer logo too - for those of you who don't like it you are able to turn it off in the razer menu.

Although both of the mice are great the Deathadder wins my vote compared to the Diamondback. It took me a couple of days to get used to the right-handed feel of the deathadder and it's larger size but now I'm able to pwn...comfortably too.

Recently purchased this mouse one of the best purchased I have made for my computer. The precision of this mouse is unbelievable I can accurately and precisely aim for any opponents head effortlessly. I have the mouse running at max dpi and polling and it is the smoothest mouse I have used. The Deathadder is an ergonomic masterpiece it follows the curve of my hand and the finger grooves are extremely comfortable. My thumb is always on the two side buttons and can hit them effortlessly. The lmb and rmb are extremely easy to press and are very responsive. The actual feel of the mouse is spectacular it has a rubber feeling body that does not attract moisture and feels great on the hand. The glowing lights on the mouse are a very nice touch and fit perfectly with my computer and other Razer products. The software for the mouse is very nice and give the user alot of customization from dpi settings to creating macros. I have no complaints with the mouse and have recommended Razer to all of my friends. Overall this mouse gives me an upperhand in competitive pc games as I can quickly and accurately aim this mouse feels like an extension of my mind. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming mouse.

I just got the DeathAdder (3500 dpi version) today & have only had it on my computer for an hour or so. All I needed was for me to open the box & put my hand on it. I immediately noticed how great this felt & knew it would be an absolute pleasure to use. I was right !! I plan on giving my new DeathAdder an acid test on some games tomorrow. My last mouse was a 1st gen MS Wireless Laser Mouse 6000. The DeathAdder is a definite improvement !! In addition to the DeathAdder I own a Barracuda AC-1 & an ExactMat. The Lycosa and Carcharias are next on my wish list. Thanks to Razer for making an EXCELLENT mouse !! I will be staying a Razer customer !!!!!

P.S. Gotta love the glowing logo & scroll wheel !!!

I have bought this mouse only a day ago and I am already in love with it. This is truly a great design that the Razer team has created. The mouse isn't to expensive and it is very slick.

I have had this mouse for less then a day and im already in love with it. Before i had a wireless logitech and grew tired of buying batterys for it. So my brother showed me the Naga one day and i decide to look for one also and found this. So i was roaming around at Best Buy yesterday and came across it and spent more then 15 minutes decided on if i should get it or not. I look at the comparison to the a standard mouse and found this mouse to be 5 times better.

I would recommend this mouse to anyone looking for a new one but only if you have the money.

Razer just released an upgraded version of the Death Adder which is what you see online. Stores probably don't have this one yet.

Either way this mouse kicks ass. It's a great feel a good size and it's slick as sh*t when paired up with a Razer mousepad. I love it and anyone else who's ever used it has loved it too. But it's a Razer so you knew all this already.
